This Privacy Policy describes how All Square Indoor Golf, LLC (“All Square,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our indoor golf facility at 30 W. Mount Pleasant Ave., Livingston, New Jersey (the “Facility”), memberships and one-time visits, and our website, booking platform, and related services (the “Services”). It applies to everyone who uses the Facility or Services, whether or not you are a member.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly may include your name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, membership and account details, payment and billing information (processed through third-party processors), reservation and booking history, communications with us, information provided for lessons, events, or safety purposes, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you use our Services or visit the Facility, we may also collect information automatically, including device and browser data such as IP address and device type, usage data such as pages visited and session activity, location derived from device or IP settings, and error or diagnostic logs. This may be collected through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies. We may also receive information from payment processors, booking systems, marketing and analytics providers, and social media platforms where you interact with us.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate and manage memberships, bookings, and Facility access; process payments and billing; provide customer service; maintain safety and security at the Facility and enforce Facility rules; send transactional communications, service updates, and information about upcoming events; send marketing communications to those who have opted in; improve our Services; conduct analytics; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements. We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for any lawful purpose.

How we share information

We may share personal information with service providers who help with payment processing, reservations, IT hosting, analytics, marketing, customer communications, and security. We may also disclose information in connection with a sale, merger, or other business transfer; to comply with legal obligations or government requests; to protect rights, property, and safety; or to enforce our agreements. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, or text-message opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliated entities for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers that send messages on our behalf.

Communications and marketing

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive account and service-related communications from us, such as booking confirmations, reminders, account notices, facility updates, and requests for feedback about your visit. Promotional and marketing messages, including offers and requests to review the Facility, are sent only if you separately opt in, for example by checking the marketing box when you create your account. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Necessary account-related messages may still be sent by email.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our Services, remember preferences, analyze usage, and improve functionality and marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if you do.

Text messages are not sent to an account belonging to a minor without the consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
